Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) is a prominent Central Public Sector Enterprise operating the largest petrochemical complex in Northeast India. Incorporated in 2007 as a joint venture primarily promoted by GAIL (India) Limited, BCPL was established under the historic Assam Accord to drive the socio-economic and industrial development of the region.

- Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire / Fire & Safety with a minimum of 55% marks. Preference is given to candidates with a one-year Diploma in Industrial Safety.

3. General & Crucial Criteria
- Cut-off Date: The crucial date for determining the upper age limit and post-qualification experience is 01.08.2026.
- Public Sector Experience: Candidates currently working in Government or Public Sector organizations must have at least one year of experience in the next lower pay scale or its equivalent.
- Nature of Experience: Only post-qualification executive experience is counted. Industrial, vocational, or apprentice training undergone as part of a course curriculum will not be considered as valid work experience.
- Selection Methodology: The recruitment process will tentatively consist of a Written Test and/or Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview.
- Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to fulfilling physical and medical standards. For technical officers, total myopia or hypermetropia must not exceed (±)4.00D in each eye. For non-technical officers, total myopia must not exceed (-)8.00D and hypermetropia must not exceed (+)6.00D.

1. Mode of Application
- Online Only: Candidates are required to apply online through the official BCPL website: www.bcplonline.co.in . No other means or mode of application will be accepted.
- One Post Policy: You can apply for ONE POST ONLY . If you submit multiple applications, only the one submitted on the later date will be considered.
2. Pre-requisites Before Applying
Before registering on the website, ensure you have the following ready:
- Email ID: A valid, active personal email ID that must remain active for at least one year.
- Photograph & Signature: Digital copies of your latest passport-size photograph and signature in .jpg or .jpeg format (size must be less than 50 KB).
- Supporting Documents: Digital copies (in .jpg or .pdf format, maximum file size 200 KB) of your:

3. Application Fee
- Amount: Rs. 600/- for General, EWS, and OBC (NCL) category candidates.
- Exemption: SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are completely exempted from paying the application fee.
- Payment Mode: The fee must be paid online via the integrated payment gateway on the application portal.
4. Submission Steps
- Go to the “Careers” section on the BCPL website (www.bcplonline.co.in).
- Fill out the online application form carefully following the on-screen instructions.
- Upload the required digital photographs, signatures, and documents.
- Pay the application fee online (if applicable).
- After successful submission, download the system-generated Pay-in slip and Registration Slip containing your unique registration number.
5. Important Post-Submission Instructions
- No Hard Copies Required: You do not need to mail a hard copy of the application form to the BCPL office .
- Keep for Selection Process: Retain a printed copy of the online application form . If you are shortlisted, you will be required to bring the printed application form along with two recent passport-size photos and all your original documents (plus one set of self-attested photocopies) to the selection venue.
