1. University Librarian
- Total Post: 01 (Unreserved)
- Educational Qualification: A Master’s Degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade).
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in one of the following roles:
- Librarian at any level in a University Library.
- Teaching experience as an Assistant or Associate Professor in Library Science.
- Experience as a College Librarian.
- Additional Requirements: Evidence of innovative library services, specifically the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in a library.
- Mandatory Degree: A Ph.D. Degree in Library Science, Information Science, Documentation, Archives, or Manuscript-keeping.
2. University Deputy Librarian
- Total Post: 01 (OBC/MOBC)
- Educational Qualification: A Master’s Degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade).
- Experience: At least 08 years of experience as an Assistant University Librarian or a College Librarian.
- Additional Requirements: Evidence of innovative library services, including the integration of ICT in a library.
- Mandatory Degree: A Ph.D. Degree in Library Science, Information Science, Documentation Science, Archives and Manuscript-keeping, or Computerization of library.
