🎯 Eligibility & Recruitment Criteria

1. Age Limit

• Maximum Age: Not exceeding 35 years (as of 1st August, 2026).

2. Educational Qualification

• Required Degrees: B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture, Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), or MBA from a recognized University/Institute.
• Alternative Disciplines: Candidates with qualifications in other related disciplines may also be considered.
• Recognition: Qualifications must be recognized by UGC, AICTE, or the Government of India.

3. Work Experience Requirements

• Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Core Competencies Required:
  • Experience handling Government Projects.
  • Preparation of tenders, Concept Notes, DPR, RFPs, and EOIs.
  • Understanding of procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, MS Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.

4. Preferred Skills & Knowledge

Candidates with knowledge in the following areas will be given preference:

• General Financial Rules (GFR) & Government procurement guidelines.
• Project monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Budgeting and financial management.
• Public sector project implementation.
• Projects related to Agriculture, Horticulture, Food Processing, MSME, Cluster Development, GI registration, or Rural Livelihood.
• Prior Public Sector Experience: Candidates with maximum experience in PSUs or reputed large organizations are preferred.

5. Other Requirements & Terms

• Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
• Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently within the North Eastern Region and other locations across India.
• NOC Obligation: Applicants currently working in Central/State Govt., PSUs, or Autonomous bodies must submit a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) during the interview.
• Health: Final appointment is subject to meeting the prescribed medical health standards.
