Scale of Pay (Remuneration): A consolidated stipend of Rs. 25,000 (Rupees twenty-five thousand only) per month during the contract period. (Note: Free hostel accommodation may also be provided, subject to availability.)

1. Educational Qualification & Marks
- Degree: A three-year Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
- Minimum Marks: At least 60% marks or a 6.0 CGPA.
- Exclusion: Candidates possessing higher qualifications, such as a B.E. or B.Tech, are not eligible.
2. Required Experience
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant field experience. The discipline-wise experience requirements are as follows:
- Civil Engineering: Field experience in building maintenance, preparation of technical estimates, tender preparation, concrete works, and other site-related civil engineering activities.
- Electrical Engineering: Experience in HT/LT substation maintenance and DG (Diesel Generator) maintenance.
- Mechanical Engineering: Experience in the maintenance of air conditioning systems.
3. Age Limit & Nationality
- Age: The maximum age limit is 28 years on the last date of receipt of the application.
- Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.
