2. General Selection & Shortlisting Process
  • Initial Shortlisting: Applicants will be shortlisted by the Project Team based on their academic performance and prior experience. Only these shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
  • Mode of Interview: Shortlisted candidates must attend an offline interview held at CSIR-NEIST, Jorhat.
  • Selection Weightage: Due weightage is given to academic performance and relevant experiences during final selection.

3. Important Rules & Eligibility Restrictions
  • Result Awaited Candidates: Candidates who are currently awaiting their final results are not eligible to apply.
  • Age Relaxation: The maximum age limit is calculated based on the closing date of the advertisement. Relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women candidates as per Government of India and CSIR rules.
