Other Criteria of ASDMA Recruitment 2026
1. Disaster Risk Financing Specialist
- Educational Qualification: Full-time Chartered Accountant, MBA in Finance, or a Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Business/Public Administration, Actuarial Sciences, or Disaster Risk Management. (Preference given for Master’s/PG Diploma in Disaster Risk Financing and Risk Management).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years working with public sector agencies, World Bank/externally aided projects, or the insurance/risk financing sector.
- Key Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Age Limit: No age bar (as per World Bank Guidelines).
- Other Requirements: Must be physically fit for extensive field visits and prepare a 10-minute presentation on a relevant case study for the interview.
2. Project Management Supervisor
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 3-year Graduate degree in any field from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in project administration, office management, field coordination, monitoring, documentation, or MIS management (preference for Government or externally aided projects).
- Key Skills: Advanced knowledge of office management, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and fluency in English (local language proficiency is a plus).
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of January 1, 2026 (relaxable for exceptionally suitable candidates).
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently to remote project locations in Assam and prepare a 10-minute presentation reflecting on past work experience for the interview.
