Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a regular Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute. Postgraduates are not eligible.

Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in the local language of the specific State or UT they are applying for.
