1. Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification is VIII (eight) passed.
- Driving License: Candidates must possess a valid driving license (LMV).
- Language Knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of the Official Language of the State of Assam (Assamese).
- Employment Registration: Possession of an Employment Exchange Registration number for the State of Assam is mandatory.
2. Age Limit
- General Age: Not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as of January 1, 2026.
- Relaxation: Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories according to Government norms.
3. Selection Process
The selection is conducted in two stages, totaling 100 marks:
- Stage 1: Driving test (50 Marks).
- Stage 2: Interview/viva-voce (50 Marks).

- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India.
