Operating as a Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDoNER), the organization has recently shifted its focus toward large-scale capacity building. It currently serves as a vital Implementing Agency for the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare’s initiative to form 10,000 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), having already established 220 FPOs to empower local cultivators.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates must not be above 30 years old as of May 1, 2026.
- Education: Applicants must have passed Higher Secondary (HS) or be a Graduate from a recognized university or institute.
- Nationality: The applicant must be a citizen of India.
Experience and Skills
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 06 months of experience in a relevant field is required.
